The NST Project Management team is headed by V.P. Matt Brown and Sr. Project Manager Shawn Walsh. The Project Management team ensures our success in providing IT Projects that are streamlined, efficient and meet the client’s requirements. NST Project Managers have been trained in project management skill-sets and processes. This guarantees a tight, documented, controlled process that results in meeting the scheduled timeline.
The NST Project Management team is involved in every NST Project. It deploys skilled professionals and project leaders that will research, implement and document each project and relay that information to the NST Help Desk for ongoing support and services.
- Accountable Individuals – Each project is assigned a project manager and a project leader.
Project Manager – responsible for the overall project as well as the primary point of contact for all project questions.
Project Leader – the onsite engineer responsible for documentation and execution of a timely project.
- Consistency – All of our projects follow a strick oder of processes to ensure a successful and efficient project is delivered.
- Documentation – NST will provide all project documentation to our client during a project closeout meeting. In addition all documentation will be provided to the NST Help Desk for future reference and support.
- Monitored Performance – The NST Project Leader is always in contact with the client and the NST Project Manager to ensure that each project phase is successfully completed on time.
