At the heart of our world class Network Operations Center is our Help Desk. The Help Desk employs remote technologies that allow us to address issues in real time. Our computer support offers help desk services for all computer related issues, including servers and desktops, laptops, peripherals (such as printers), switches, backup systems, firewalls and more.

Supported by a sophisticated software platform, NST’s Help Desk is locally staffed by Microsoft Certified Professionals who are friendly as well as highly trained. We maintain detailed information on our clients’ and each technician can access this information to more quickly provide assistance. Our only goal is to resolve your issues as quickly as possible so you and your staff can return to maximum productivity. Armed with the latest remote support tools, we fix most issues on the first call.
