William Collins - NST President - William has been in the IT industry for 18 years and is one of the founders & partners of NST. William’s role in the organization is management of day to day operations and manager of the service division. William ensures that all tickets meet the response and resolution goals and works with technicians on all escalated tickets. William is based in the NST main location.
Diana Santariello - Business Development Manager - Diana joined NST in early 2013 as a Senior Account Executive where she demonstrated success in sales and securing new accounts. Currently, Diana is the Business Development Manager responsible for expanding and promoting NST through acquisitions and mergers, stragtegic partnerships and marketing. In addition she organizes and runs vendor and client appreciation events. She is responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns as well as planning and participating in our trade shows. With the importance of Social Media she also makes sure NST is recognized as an industry expert by updating our sites with meaningful and important technology content.
Sean T Wilson - Service Manager - Sean joined NST in 2005 as a Field Service Technician and came from an Enterprise Support background handling an environment of 6500+ users. That background allows him to understand diverse technologies and their impact on our clients. He is now the Service Manager at NST and is responsible for ensuring the Service Department delivers the highest possible level of support.
Jessica Messina - Customer Service Manager - Jessica joined NST in 2010 as the Service Administrator and now coordinates the Customer Service efforts for our Service Department and Project Team. With over 20 years in the Customer Service field, Jessica strives to find innovative and effective ways to improve internal processes that meet and exceed customer service expectations. The result is better response time, better focus and a better understanding of our client’s needs. Our goal is to bring you the stellar support your company deserves. Jessica and the rest of our team are committed to making that possible.
Thomas Cole – Controller - Tom joined the staff in October 2014. Tom is returning to the private business sector after 15 years of working for publicly traded companies – Excel Technology and Perfumania. He brings with him 30 years of accounting experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial controls and risk assessment. Tom leads all financial aspects of NST and is based at NST’s Northport Headquarters.
Matt Brown - NST Vice President - Matt has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Matt started as a sales engineer at Derive Technologies providing enterprise level solutions for the fortune 100. Matt helped start NST in 2001 by ensuring that the right solutions were presented to the NST client base. Currently Matt leads the sales, finance and project team at NST. However, the majority of Matt’s time is spent as the NST VCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) for the NST client base. Matt’s primary focus is helping NST clients gain efficiency and employee productivity by utilizing today’s technology.
Shawn Walsh - Vice President of Projects - Shawn has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and is a certified MSCE. Shawn is also a VM Ware certified professional with over 10 years of experience as a Network Administrator. Shawn has been the Sr. Project manager for NST for the past 5years and manages all projects on site to ensure they meet project goals, schedules and budgets. Shawn is the level 3 technician for all escalated issues. Shawn is based in the NST mainoffice on Long Island but spends 50% of his time out at client’s sites on projects. Shawn works on Office 365 Deployments , eClinicalWorks projects, VM projects, Microsoft Exchange projects and is an expert inMS Exchange.
Kenneth Varrone -Vice President of Technology - Kenneth has been with NST since 2010 and has been in the industry since 2005. Kenneth develops and maintains the software that NST uses to monitor and support our managed clients. Kenneth is responsible for streamlining systems and assuring clients have maximum uptime and is based in the NST main location.
Brian VanZandt - (MCSE) NST Senior Account Executive - Brian has been working in a sales roll for NST since 2005 and has been in the IT field since 2001. He holds MCSE and A+ technical certifications. Before moving into a Sales roll with NST he was the Assistant Network Administrator for St. George’s University. Prior to that, he worked for Winthrop Hospital as a Sleep Lab Technician for 4 years. He received his bachelor degree in Biology/ Pre Med from SUNY Oswego in 1997 and then went back to school for Network Engineering and Data Communications. Brian primarily concentrates on small to mid-size businesses throughout the tri state area with a major focus on healthcare. Working with medical practices, health clinics, surgical centers and urgent care facilities has become a niche for NST. Brian stays current on the topics of Health Information Technology, HITECH, HIPAA and the many changes taking place in the US Healthcare System. Brian believes that businesses can’t survive these days without the use of technology and NST can help alleviate the burdens of IT staffing and management.
